Neighborhood
Planning Unit (NPU) Meetings
A Neighborhood Planning Unit,
referred to as a NPU, is a body comprised of residents that make formal
recommendations to the City regarding matters affecting the livability of
neighborhoods and the City's Comprehensive
Development Plan. There are 24 NPUs in the City which are composed of
contiguous neighborhoods. For more information including geographic boundaries,

Neighborhood groups are
represented at the Neighborhood Planning Unit monthly meetings. The meetings are
open to the public and agendas may be

Zoning
Review Board
The
Zoning Review Board is a committee of citizens who review zoning requests and
make recommendations to the Zoning Committee and City Council. The ZRB meets every 1st and
2nd Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City

License Review
Board
The License Review Board is a committee of citizens who
review requests for alcohol, wine and beer licenses and provides recommendations
to the Mayor. The Liquor License Review Board meets every fourth Wednesday at 5
pm in Committee Room 2 at City Hall.
